Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/exchanged. Do not worry, returns are expected for store credits only within 10 days from your delivery date.  We currently DO NOT provide REFUNDS on any items.  The store credit account will be your total minus the shipping costs within 7 days after items have been inspected.  Exchange can be made up to 10 days from the delivery date.

You can return your item(s) through our return portal!  The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.  We do not provide return shipping labels.  In-order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached.  If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.  

Our Conditions:

-Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached not after 30 days.

-No visible makeup or deodorant on items

-ORDERS PLACED ARE FINAL-We cannot promise to cancel an order after it has been processed. Sometimes we can catch it before it is cut but not after it has been cut. We charge a 10% restocking fee for cancelled orders that have already been processed.  Customer is responsible to ship orders back.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

* Free gifts or Promotional items

* Items marked final sale

* Discounted, Sale or Clearance items

* Sunglasses

* Bodysuits

* Swim wear / Cover-ups

* Lingerie

* Visibly worn items

*  White Apparels/Outfits items

* Items outside of policy windows

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.  In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.  If we issue a refund, it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping fee cost.
